  • Cut-off: 5 PM EST (New York)
  • Handling: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

C. Carriers

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

D. Address Changes

  • Can’t change once in transit.

E. Cancellations

  • Accepted before dispatch.
  • If dispatched, see refund policy.

F. Damaged Parcels

  • Reject from courier if possible; contact us.
  • If delivered unattended, contact for next steps.

G. Manufacturer Direct Shipping

  1. Method: Standard ground (carrier varies).
  2. Handling: 1–2 business days (possible delays).
  3. Transit: 1–5 business days (depends on location).
  4. Tracking: Email sent after dispatch.
  5. Updates: We’ll notify you of delays.
